Here’s the latest SoCal Art Open Calls
Summary: Art on 30th is celebrating its 12th anniversary. “We're turning 12 and we want you to be a part of the celebration! Bring on the luscious colors of rose, coral, nude tones and rich creams. Show us your soft realism or warm abstracts. How about some metallic accents that create a luminous palette? Also, be ready to pop champagne to help us celebrate on opening night!”
Deadline: 4/24/26
Location: Art on 30th, San Diego
Exhibition Dates: 5/2/26 - 6/5/26
Mediums: All 2D artworks are welcome as well as any 3D artwork (glass/ceramic sculpture) that fits on a pedestal.
Entry Fee: $35 for up to 2 pieces
Summary: “We are officially taking entries for our May show, Nature! Let’s explore the beauty and diversity of this little planet through some nature themed art.”

Summary: “This exhibition celebrates the beauty, power and tranquility of the ocean and coastal environments, inviting artists to reflect on humanity’s connection to the sea. From expansive shorelines and rolling waves to marine life, harbors and underwater worlds, “Seascapes” encourages artists to explore the moods, rhythms and visual poetry of the ocean. All mediums are welcome, including but not limited to photography, painting, mixed media and handcrafted three dimensional art. Artists are invited to submit works inspired by coastal landscapes, sea life, boats, pirate ships and the ever changing nature of the water. The exhibition highlights the ocean as both a source of inspiration and a symbol of movement, reflection and depth.”
