Here’s the latest SoCal Art Open Calls!
Summary: “Fallbrook Art Center affords local, regional, national and international artists the opportunity to present a broad variety of visual art within its galleries and is committed to encouraging the creation and exhibition of new and innovative work. Come celebrate the season's spirit with unique creations made by talented artisans worldwide. In order to present a balanced show, the Center will determine the number of works displayed. Selected artists will be notified of number of works desired based on size and price point.”

Summary: “This is not your normal gallery space. Show your big, bold and beautiful art in this block-long exhibit space on Ventura Blvd that the public comes to do their banking and business throughout the week. Artists will be able to have bio and headshot featured along with their art on display.”

The exhibition explores the tension between personal identity and the overwhelming force of urbanization, where individuals are simultaneously shaped by and lost within the vast expanse of concrete and steel.”

Summary: “Art Scene West is accepting fine art photography of every genre inside our San Diego Art Gallery for an eclectic exhibition showcasing visual art captured by a camera.”

Entry Fee: “There is a $25 submission fee to review the artist's work and biography. For artists who are selected for the exhibition, the participation fee is $75. This helps cover the costs of handling and curating the artwork inside the gallery and uploading the artists’ content onto our website.”
Summary: “This annual juried exhibit showcases artwork from all over the state of California. MICA strives to highlight artists in all stages of their careers and offers them a chance to compete for a number of awards, including the coveted solo show opportunity. This regional show features artwork from an extensive variety of mediums and explores creative movements happening in California.”
